Rosedene at Hemlington Initiative Centre are pleased to offer childcare places to children with disabilities during school holidays. Places are funded by Middlesbrough Aiming High Short Breaks Fund (a nominal charge of £5 per session will be made) and sessions will run from Monday 7th August until Friday 1st September and again in October half term break (subject to availability). To qualify children must be residents of Middlesbrough and not be already receiving funded care.
To finish a fortnight's worth of visits to the Hemlington Children's Centre setting of the Rosedene Nurseries group, the local Lollypop lady made an appearance. She talked to the children about road safety.
