Rosedene Careers

Life at Rosedene is all about creating the most enriching learning experiences to enable our children to discover their potential.

One of the most critical time periods in child development and learning is from birth to five years old. The first five years of child development is crucial to their health, wellbeing, and the overall direction of their lives. These years are when they first learn how to interact with others and begin to develop interests that will stay with them throughout their lives.

Rosedene offer a unique approach to childcare through our constant innovation in childcare services including the Curiosity Approach, Forest & Beach School programmes and Care home partnerships. We provide ample opportunity for all our children to explore the great outdoors and develop their curiosity and confidence. We encourage our children to form a close relationship with nature, engage with risk, and follow their own interests. They still cover the EYFS, now with everyday interactions with the real world around them.

Through our fantastic reputation, Rosedene has grown from 1 nursery to 12 childcare facilities across the North East and North Yorkshire - all rated Outstanding or Good with Ofsted.
