We were delighted to welcome the Rt Hon. Rishi Sunak back to Rosedene Nursery on October 24th for a truly memorable visit. Having first joined us in 2021, Rishi was keen to return, and this time, he was able to see just how much we’ve grown!

During his visit, Rishi explored our new for September 2025 Rosedene Stokesley Forest School facilities, and spent time engaging with our dedicated team, parents, and the children who make our nursery so special. His enthusiasm for the developments in our setting and the wider community was clear throughout the morning.
We invited Rishi to write a message on our Gratitude Pumpkin, something parents and children have been contributing to over the autumn period.

“Grateful for the wonderful team at Rosedene, what lucky children!”
The children were thrilled to meet him, especially when Jay invited Rishi to read Happy Pumpkin aloud. Their curiosity and thoughtful questions made it a joyful and engaging experience for everyone involved.

We’re incredibly grateful to the parents who joined us and to our amazing children for helping create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was a proud day for our nursery, and we’re honoured to have shared it with such a distinguished guest.
Local news also reported on his visit. You can read the Northern Echo’s article here.
Thank you, Rishi, for your continued support and for celebrating the spirit of Rosedene with us!
