At Rosedene, community is at the heart of everything we do, and this Christmas, our families, children and team members have once again shown just how powerful that community spirit can be.
We are incredibly proud to have supported the Teesside at Christmas appeal for the second-year running. This wonderful local charity provides festive gifts and food hampers to families across our region who might otherwise struggle at this time of year.

This year, our newest nursery in Redcar became the central drop-off point for donations from all 11 of our settings, and thanks to the kindness of our families, children and staff across Rosedene, we were able to donate gifts for over 60 children right here in Teesside, ensuring each one has something special to open on Christmas morning. We had our own early years Santa’s little helpers helping load-up our parcels on the day!

“We've collected generous donations from our nursery families, our employees and members of the community. We're donating gifts to children across Teesside so that everyone has something to open on Christmas Day." - Alysha, Rosedene Redcar Nursery Manager.
"Teesside at Christmas is all about alleviating poverty and spreading a bit of joy across the region. With help from organisations like Rosedene, we’re able to reach people who might otherwise be facing a very difficult festive period." - Mike Fairbrother, Teesside at Christmas.
To every parent, child, colleague and community member who donated, thank you! You have helped us to bring joy, comfort and hope to families across Teesside this festive season.
