From student to nursery manager: Celebrating 20 years of dedication

We’re thrilled to celebrate an incredible milestone of 20 years of service from one of our valued team members, Holly.

Over the past two decades, Holly has been an integral part of our nursery's journey, demonstrating unwavering commitment and passion every step of the way. What makes this achievement even more special is the remarkable career path she has taken within our setting.

Starting as an early years student in 2006, Holly joined Rosedene Nurseries eager to learn and develop her skills in early years education. From day one, her enthusiasm, determination and natural ability to connect with children shone through. As her knowledge and experience grew, so did her responsibilities, progressing through a variety of roles and becoming a trusted and respected nursery manager at Rosedene Hemlington in Middlesbrough.

Throughout her 20 years with us, Holly has positively impacted the lives of countless children and families, and her leadership, guidance and support has supported the team at Rosedene Hemlington to progress on their own childcare career journeys. 

Reflecting on her nursery career progression, Holly commented: “It has been really, really, amazing and so rewarding. I started off as a student straight from college, and over the years I’ve worked my way up to being a manager. I’ve loved every second of it.” 

Alongside Holly’s journey, we’d also like to celebrate Kelly, who is proudly marking 20 years with Rosedene Guisborough this year too. On behalf of everyone here at Rosedene Nurseries we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to both Holly and Kelly for their outstanding contribution over the past 20 years. Holly & Kelly are two of 10 Rosedene employees that have been with the family business for over 20 years. We are incredibly proud of everything they have both accomplished and are extremely fortunate to have so many loyal, longstanding and knowledgeable early years practitioners in our team.
