Rosedene Northallerton is the first and only Curiosity Accredited setting in the region. Our super team pride themselves on providing an environment to stimulate and allow children to reach their potential.
We provide the highest level of full day-care for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years. Our Rosedene Experience has a focus on child-led curious learning and within our large outdoor spaces. All activities support the development of our children’s confidence, social skills, learning capacity, curiosity, enthusiasm, communication, problem-solving skills, emotional well-being, as well as the 7 EYFS learning areas.
We have a very special bond with the residents from Mount Vale Care home who we visit on a weekly basis. The children’s relationship have grown over the last year with the children often talking about the residents or asking to go over and see them, taking them gifts and enjoying picnics in the garden together
We have a fantastic team who all work hard to provide opportunities to inspire and teach the children. Our team is created by many years of experience and different personalities allowing us to work together to create a happy, safe and calm environment.
Our After School club is located on the grounds of Broomfields Primary School and is available for students of this school settings and also Sacred Heart Primary.
Helen Fisher is our Rosedene Northallerton Manager and has been part of the team for 5 years.
''I am a Forest School leader and love having the opportunity to provide unique experiences for the children in an outdoor environment. Our Forest school ethos runs throughout our nursery allowing all children to get the opportunity to explore the great outdoors.
We are constantly adapting and changes the setting to offer new and exciting opportunities for the children and to give them new experiences to help them develop and learn."

"Relationships between staff and babies are very sensitive and stimulating."
"Children are making good progress and are well prepared for starting school."
There is always a lovely atmosphere and my two children are always proudly bringing home the things they have made. I visited other nurseries before choosing Rosedene and they seemed so crammed full with children but Rosedene has a good ratio of adults to children which I find reassuring, firstly that my children won't be over looked as staff have their hands too full and secondly that they care about the quality of the service they provide and not just making money."
